I Am Girls Empowerment, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides personal, social, educational, and growth and development programs through mentoring and empowerment to girls, ages 5-18. We service Pine Bluff, Arkansas and surrounding areas. Our organization is built on the scripture, 1 Corinthians 15:10, "By the grace of God, I am what I am,” we strive to impart into girls that what you speak into yourself is so. We believe if you speak positive affirmations as, I am BEAUTIFUL, I am GOAL- ORIENTED, or I am CONFIDENT, those words of greatness begin to manifest in their life. Speaking into their I Am will produce positive attributes that begin to prepare them to become great woman in society. In turn, gaining the ability to capitalize on their strengths, discover or address areas of weaknesses, set personal goals, and build their self-confidence/esteem.
